- The FAQ answers how pricing, reports, and data handling work.
- Status shows whether a service issue is on our side.
Billing & refunds
A failed report lookup goes back to your balance automatically. For anything else — unused reports, a charge you don’t recognize — email us from the address on your account and we’ll sort it out through the original payment method.
